1.Is starter cultuer bacteria is from milk source or animal source. That information is not currently available.
2. Is media upon these bacteria grow kosher certified or conatins whey and lactose, brewer yeast extract. No, it’s not kosher certified.
3.Is whey protein concentrate is kosher certified. Is whey protein concentrate is made with animal rennet? or whey proetin concentrate is made by your cheese supplier from Mozarella cheese making? No, the whey protein concentrate is not kosher certified.
4. Is Flavors used in cheese kosher certified or does it obtained from animal based sources. No, it’s not kosher certified.
5. Is alcohol is used as solvent or carrier in flavors. Our flavors do contain alcohol.
PIZZA Dough:
Is inactive yeast in pizza dough means yeast extract or autolyzed yeast?. That information is not currently available.
From above Chuck E. Cheese's Cheese do not meet the MCG's Halal requirements for cheese, so it is not consider as Halal according to MCG criteria.
