In Chicago area ethnic stores some DANA brand Labna Yogurts from Ziyad Brothers contain Kosher Gelatin and they are not Halal based on MCG Halal Criteria
The following yogurts donot have OUD Kosher symbol and contain Kosher Gelatin:
1. Mint 16 oz Dana Labna A0082A Plastic Cups
2. Hot & Spicy Dana Labna A0082C Plastic Cups
The above two has liberal kosher symbol but they are not Halal based on MCG Halal criteria because they contain kosher Gelatin which is made from pork or non zabiha beef.
The only New Improved Taste All Natural 16 oz Dana Labna A0082 plastic cup has OUD Kosher symbol and it is a Halal Labna yogurt.
