If alcohol has evaporated during glazing then how is the product not halal?

1.If alcohol has evaporated during glazing then how is the product not halal?
2.if alcohol is used as a carrier for flavourings then will it not evaporate ? if it does then is the product not halal?
3.lastly does ethyl alcohol specifically not evaporate?such as in hand sanitisers or perfumes does it not evaporate making the product halal ? since hand sanitizers contain it.

I believe the exact reason it is haram in hand sanitizers and perfumes is because it evaporates. It is volatile at low temperatures. You inhale the alcohol into your lungs and then it goes into your bloodstream, which then gets us drunk. I have heard of people sitting in baths of vodka and getting drunk off the fumes. Am I correct MCG?
