AoA. I dont undderstand why do u prefer kosher certificatoion over ifanca certifiaction.every kosher authority earns money by issueing certificates and by buying kosher certified produts instead of ifanca certifed we are indirectly benefitting jews.wheras ifanca is considered valid all over the world.but you prefer kosher certification why this???
Salam. There are some products that I am aware of from Ifanca has a little bit of alcohol in them. The owner of this site follows the scholars who say that it is haram to eat a food that has a little bit of alcohol. The Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) used to interact, do business, buying, and selling with the Jews in his time who were not at war with the Muslims. However, there is nothing wrong if a Muslim has to interact with any Non-Believers who are against Islam to retrieve something that may be useful for the Muslims that they are unable to get anywhere else. For more information:
Also, some Kosher products has alcohol or no alcohol that is used as a hidden ingredient in the food product.
